I provide telehealth therapy sessions, with the soon-to-come option of in person sessions in Langhorne, PA.

I can help. I have 14 years of experience working with people who are chronically suicidal, self-harm, and have difficulty regulating their emotions. I teach concrete DBT skills to help you manage your emotions, improve your communication skills, deal with distressing situations, and build a mindfulness practice.

Individual Therapy: $150 Sliding scale rates and Super Bills available upon request.
I also provide one-session assessments for gender dysphoria letters. Gender affirming care should not have gatekeeping barriers.

Therapy starts with a phone call or email to me. We can talk about your goals for therapy and if my approach is a good fit.

Telehealth Individual Therapy is $150
Telehealth DBT skills group is $30-$50

It depends on a multitude of factors.
I believe that therapy is a life-long journey to self-understanding. And, my goal is to work myself out of a job - because you're so busy living and enjoying your life that you don't feel the need to attend therapy anymore.
The skills taught in DBT group take 6 months to teach. We recommend that you stay in DBT skills group for at least a year.
The first 6 months of DBT skills group feels like getting hit by a Mac truck: feeling blown away by all the new information and ways of responding.
The second 6 months of DBT skills group feels a bit more comfortable. You remember being taught the skills. You can give examples of how you have used the skills. You feel ready to put your all into Building A Life Worth Living.
